Nutrition Training

The Online Annual Nutrition Training is mandatory for all Family Child Care Providers enrolled in the Choices for Children Child Care Food Program in order to continue their participation.

There are two parts to the training. You must complete both parts and mail (or scan and email) the Certificate of Achievement from both Parts One and Two as proof of completing your Annual Training no later than September 5, 2017.
